I enjoy that I get to meet lots of different people

I have been working at Octavia for 2 and a half years. I started in the Customer Contact Team as bank staff and then moved to the Defects team within Development for a few months to help cover holiday. I then applied for a permanent job as Lettings Administrator which I was successful in and I have recently been promoted to Lettings Officer within the Housing Team.

Day to day I deal with transfers, mutual exchanges and viewings. I enjoy that I get to meet lots of different people, we have a very diverse range of residents so I love getting to talk to people from different cultures and backgrounds – no day is the same and it keeps my job interesting.

I enjoy working at Octavia, my team are great and everyone talks to each other, it’s a great atmosphere within the office.
